Simply put, we do not nourish our body with the proper nutrients, even though most of the time, we're overeating. I like the phrase from famous author Michael Pollan, “we became overfed and undernourished."

Many of my clients have asked me the question, what do you eat in the morning, what's in your breakfast? So as promised to you, here it is. Please be advised, this is not an endorsement of one style over another, or nutritional advice for that matter, just honest sharing. Also, I may change my morning ritual, as time goes by, but for now, here it is.
Reflexology Tip of the Month
Reflexology stimulates reflexes on the feet, hands and ears to provoke beneficial effects on body parts, organs, and to generate balance. We all are quite tired of dark, cold days by now. This weather effects our mood and balance hormones: serotonin and melatonin, but they can be re-set with simple techniques.

In my recent session I had a conversation with my client about her spouse always fretting/worrying about the future of his high paid job and myriads other things in life of a grown up person. After all we live in a highly pressurized Fairfield County of CT. In other words, he spends a lot of time in “What If”, rather then in “What is” mode.
